As our Senior Marketing Manager focusing on Internal Communications and Employee Experience, you'll be the creative force behind our employee narrative, building compelling stories that connect our teams across the world and drive our culture forward.

In this role, you'll architect our internal communications strategy and shape our employee experience from day one through ongoing career development. Your work will directly impact how our employees and support teams understand, connect with, and contribute to our mission, while ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to grow within our organization.

Internal Communications Leadership:
You'll own our end-to-end internal communications strategy, revolutionizing how knowledge and best practices are shared across our global Hub Delivery network. By developing sophisticated communication frameworks, you'll elevate the quality of information sharing at all levels of the organization. Your carefully crafted editorial calendar and content strategy will transform complex operational insights into clear, actionable narratives that resonate with both frontline teams and senior leadership.

Your focus will be on creating seamless knowledge-sharing pathways between regions, functions, and teams. You'll establish communication standards and templates that enable leaders and teams to articulate their messages more effectively, ensuring consistency and clarity across all internal channels. By implementing innovative communication tools and platforms, you'll break down silos and facilitate cross-functional collaboration, making it easier for teams to learn from each other's successes and challenges.

A key aspect of your role will be democratizing communications expertise across the organization. You'll coach leaders and teams on effective communication practices, helping them craft compelling messages that drive engagement and understanding. Employee Experience & Development:
Your influence will extend beyond communications to shape the entire employee journey. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and engaging experience from onboarding through ongoing career development.

This includes:
- Designing innovative new employee training programs that blend marketing creativity with learning and development best practices. You'll create immersive onboarding experiences that quickly integrate new hires into our culture and operations.
- Developing ongoing learning initiatives that keep our workforce at the cutting edge of last-mile delivery innovations. You'll craft engaging content and campaigns that encourage continuous skill development and knowledge acquisition.
- Creating marketing campaigns that support career growth opportunities within Hub Delivery, highlighting internal success stories and career paths to inspire and retain top talent.
- Implementing recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and reinforce our culture of innovation and customer obsession.

Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
Your marketing expertise will drive global employee engagement campaigns that strengthen our culture through creative storytelling. You'll leverage various digital platforms to share employee success stories and operational innovations, creating content that resonates with our diverse workforce. As a key partner to our leadership team, you'll provide executive communications support, crafting messages that inspire and align our teams. You'll also lead the strategy and execution of virtual and in-person employee events that build community and reinforce our culture.
