The Sr. Strategy & Planning Manager will develop and maintain sophisticated predictive models and strategic frameworks to drive global business performance and customer engagement across the PARP network. This role involves creating detailed business intelligence models, defining go-to-market strategies for new product launches, and shaping the overall strategic direction of the business. The individual will work closely with Country PARP teams, regional Operations teams, product/engineering, and central support teams to analyze market opportunities, optimize business performance, and enhance customer and partner experiences worldwide.

The optimal fit for this role will be a candidate wanting to roll-up his or her sleeves, dive into a challenge, develop a solution and path forward, and take senior management along. This will be a high visibility role, meaning that the optimal candidate will be comfortable driving critical business decisions in fast paced and often ambiguous environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and business forecasts to predict market trends, revenue opportunities, and potential risks across multiple business segments
- Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and implementation roadmaps
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Create and present executive-level reports and presentations on business performance, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
- Design and implement strategic frameworks to evaluate business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and partnership initiatives
