Overview

The Partner Programs Team within the Customer Experience Engineering Team [CxE] engages deeply with strategic Microsoft partners enabling them to effectively drive deployment, adoption, and usage for customers across our solutions. We are looking for a customer-focused individual with deep technical knowledge to work directly with global partners in the Entra and Intune space. Come join a team focused on learning from deep technical engagement with partners to both improve our products and accelerate workplace transformation for our customers.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to support and grow our services partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Identity and / or Management products.
  • 2+ years of experience in cross-group, cross-functional engineering roles.

Other Qualifications:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to represent Engineering and drive understanding of our solutions/services.
  • Direct experience working with Microsoft Partners or communities is desirable.
  • Proven experience in identifying technical gaps and advocating on behalf of the customer and partner to make products stronger
  • Proven track record driving the prioritization of a backlog based on actual customer evidence.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.

• Ecosystem Enablement & Consumption:

  • Partners are at the centre of enabling us to scale deployment, adoption, and usage of our security products and in defining our customer’s experience with these services.
  • Use your deep technical subject matter expertise to ready and enable this deployment ecosystem, driving investments to build better products.
  • Collaborate with our partner community to identify their technical and business requirements, driving the continuous improvement of capabilities at our partners with education on engineering investments and latest technical information partners need in support of our customers.

Product & Service Insights:

  • Working with Microsoft Security Engineering teams, use your deep technical knowledge and partner experience to help guide the future direction of our products and services.
  • Directly influence product roadmap with voice of partner to build better products.
  • Ensuring our partner needs are understood and evangelized throughout the engineering organization as part of the development lifecycle is critical to our long-term business growth.
